Mechanical arm lighting

When it came to lighting, I used a basic 3 point lighting setup along with an extra light- key light, fill light, and back light. I used three spot lights, one acted as the key light, and the other 2 acted as the fill lights. I used an area light for the back light. The penumbra of the lights were adjusted so that the light would not have a sharp edge, rather a gradient fall off. The intensity of the lights were adjusted according to preference. I also adjusted my key light to add shadows and put the resolution up to 1024.
