This is the NURBS apple I made for homework for Digital Processes. It was created using a NURBS Sphere, cylinder, and plane. The apple shape was made by pulling and pushing individual ‘CVs’ in ‘Component Mode’, whilst the stem was made by adding a ‘Bend Deformer’ to a NURBS Cylinder. The NURBS Plane was edited in Component Mode as well to form a leaf. The apple and leaf was textured with the blinn material and fractal and noise bump map, whereas the stem had a simple ‘lambert’ material assigned to it.
